The same inbox as !mail in every ACGbots room.
Mail goes to your xat account, so link it first. It takes a minute: you type a code in any room with an ACGbots bot.
Messages are deleted after 90 days. Your inbox holds 30; when it's full, nobody can mail you until you delete some.
People you block can't mail you, in chat or here.
This ticket is assigned to administrators, so only they can reply.

Link your xat account to use !mybots and !fix in the ACGbots chat. Staff also need it to show on the Team page and use !bot (and !dev for admins) in any ACGbots room. The bot reads your xat ID and registered name from xat, so nobody can claim someone else's account.

Works once, for 10 minutes. This page updates by itself when it's done.
After your password, the panel asks for a 6-digit code from an authenticator app on your phone, such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or Authy.
Save these backup codes somewhere safe, like a password manager. Each one works once if you lose your phone. They won't be shown again.
Sign out everywhere else, for example after using a shared computer.
Bot time is added to one bot ID. When it runs out, that bot uses the free plan.

Who can use each command depends on each bot's settings.
Finish these steps to bring the bot into your room.
Status, avatar, home page and automatic messages only apply on the paid plan.
Name effects work too, for example Hangout(glow#000003#grad#r45#f022e9).
Private chat background (needs the bot account's Pcback power): add # and a link or a colour after the avatar, for example avatar-link#https://xatimg.com/image/back.jpg or avatar-link#0015ff. A second one after another # is for friends.
Staff are never filtered by moderation.
More automatic messages, each on its own timer (up to 10).
Quiet mode: on, the bot only answers privately: in a PC when the command was typed in a PC, otherwise by PM (games, !say and !clear still happen in the main chat). Off, main chat commands are answered in the main chat for everyone, a PC is answered in the PC, and the bot asks people not to use PM. ACGbots announcements: at most one a day, about new commands and features.
The bot list on ACGbots' website always shows the bot's name and status. Turn the switch off to show "Hidden by owner" instead of your room.
Save every setting on this bot to a file: filters, words, commands, lists, games and messages. Restoring or copying fills in the pages, and nothing changes until you press Save changes.
The bot name and room stay as they are.
Choose which rules the bot enforces and what happens to people who break them. Moderation and Block links are switched on or off in Settings.
When lots of new people arrive at once (your chat was promoted on xat, or a raid), the bot turns moderation on by itself, usually within a minute or two. Your saved Moderation switch doesn't change: this only works while Moderation is off.
Reasons can use {name} for the staff member. Main owners have no ban limit.
Messages with any of these words are handled the way the word rule is set in Filters and punishments. Staff are never filtered.
When Block links is on in Settings, links to these websites are still allowed. Subdomains count, so example.com also allows www.example.com.
Bot ranks let people use this bot's commands as that rank, even if their xat rank is lower. People are matched by xat ID, and the list is shown when someone types !staff. Approving the bot in a new room still needs a real room owner.

The bot never warns, kicks or bans these people, whatever the filters or staff commands say. Use xat IDs or registered names, one per line.
Removed as soon as they join, with the reason you give. Use a xat ID or registered name. Staff ranks and protected users are never banished.

Words that aren't allowed in a display name, one per line. Anyone whose name contains one is removed when they join. Staff and protected users are left alone.
!start and !stop are typed in the ACGbots chat as !start <Bot ID>. They go by your Staff list (Room lists, Staff), so add yourself there as Bot owner.
Custom commands, keyword replies and shortcuts only run on the paid plan. You can still set them up here.
Replies can use {name}, {args} and {room}.
Another name for a command, for example "k" for "kick". The shortcut follows the same rank rules as the command.
Built-in questions are used until you add your own.
!hangman shows a hidden word. Players type one letter at a time, or the whole word. Six wrong letters and the game is lost.
!typerace shows a sentence. The first person to type it exactly wins, and the bot says how fast they were.
!madgab shows words that sound like a phrase when you say them out loud, like "Eyes Scream" for ice cream.
Counts only: stats never keep who joined or what was said. Times are in your time zone.
Free bots see the last 7 days. With bot time you get 30 and 90 days and CSV downloads (Plans and bot time).

Opens in Excel or Google Sheets. Stats are kept for 182 days, bans, kicks and ranks for 180, chat history as long as you chose.

Keeps what's said in your room's main chat so staff can look back at what led to a kick or ban. Private messages are never stored.
Only turn this on if people in your room know chat is recorded, for example in your room's rules. Turning it off deletes everything stored.
